You may ask Taxi Well to delete personal data under our control, including data received through our website, booking systems, email, WhatsApp, Meta or booking partners. Some records may need to be retained for legal, dispute-resolution or safety purposes.
Identify the record
Provide your name, the contact details used, your booking reference if available, and whether the request relates to Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta or a booking partner. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary documents.
Verify your identity
We may request limited additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person's data. For partner bookings, we may coordinate with the partner to verify the request.
Processing and confirmation
We will delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period and confirm the result, or explain why certain records must be retained.
Data the request may cover
- Name, telephone number, email address and profile or contact information.
- Messages or information received by Taxi Well through Facebook, WhatsApp or Meta.
- Journey details and special requirements that no longer need to be retained.
- User accounts and technical data linked to the individual.
Data we may need to retain
- Accounting, tax and transaction records for legally required periods.
- Evidence needed for claims, disputes, safety or fraud prevention.
- Data that has already been anonymized and can no longer identify an individual.
